Option 1 — Delete from the app
- Open the Earn Stack app
- Go to Profile
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion request
Option 2 — Request by email
If you cannot access the app, email us from your registered Google account email:

Request deletion
Include:
- Your registered email address
- The subject line: Earn Stack Account Deletion Request
What gets deleted
- Account profile and authentication details we store
- Coin balance and in-app activity linked to your account
- Referral and redeem history associated with your account
What may be retained
We may keep limited records for a reasonable period if required for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security, or legal compliance. After that period, remaining personal data is deleted or anonymized where feasible.
Account deletion is permanent. Pending redeem requests may be cancelled, and coins cannot be recovered after deletion.
Processing time
Deletion requests are typically processed within 7 days. Complex fraud or security reviews may take longer.
